On July 14, 2023, the Hotel Restaurant le Bois Joli organized a gourmet evening to celebrate the national holiday.
On the menu, a buffet of varied starters, followed by a selection of meat, fish and shellfish cooked in the brazier, accompanied by side dishes.
And of course, to end on a high note, a dessert buffet awaited our guests, all for only €48!
Chef Julien Schillaci and his team had lovingly selected quality products.

Perch Fillets Evening
On Thursday July 6 and Friday July 7, we honored the work of our fisherman Éric Jacquier during an evening around the succulent perch fillets from Lake Geneva. Proposed at 33 euros, the guests were able to enjoy this emblematic dish of the region, accompanied by homemade fries and salad from the gardens of Gremey
