At the time of his retirement, his two children not wishing to take over the business, he had been looking in vain for a buyer for several years.
After having worked for 15 years for the city of Geneva as executive chef in 4 restaurants with a brigade of 55 people in 2 legendary establishments "Le Parc des Eaux Vives" and "Le Métropole", it was time for him to fly with his own wings and give new impetus to his career in order to make his dream come true! Welcoming his customers at home to help them discover his love for cooking, sharing and local products!
For my part, I am a fan of the mountains, nature and harmony. I therefore invested myself in the project at first by decorating the places in order to try to appropriate them and to allow myself in turn to project myself to live alongside him in this crazy bet, accompanied by our 2 children, Ilan 7 years old and Louna 2 years and a half at the time.
